Located near on end of the Marine Drive in South Mumbai, most of the buildings here are related to business. It is easily accessible from the city by rickshaws, buses and taxis. The place is named after Khusheed Framji Nariman, a Parsi who worked to retrieve the land from the sea in 1940. This commercial hub houses offices of many business and industrial houses in the country as well as international ones. This is one place crowding with skyscrapers and tall glass buildings.
